Master Roy R. Flores Sr., 6th Degree Black Belt, Founder of Tribu Hangaway Philippines, recently annoucned the line up for the upcoming Tribe W.A.R. (Warriors Art Rumble) VI scheduled this coming April 24, 2010 at the Casino Filipino, Goldenfields Commerical Complex, Bacolod City.
The event will be held in in cooperation with Aksyon Radio and under the sanction of the Intercontinental Federation of Filipino Martial Arts Schools (IFFMAS) under its President Grandmaster Elmer V. Montoyo.
A total of 14 Wushu Sanshou and Submission Grappling bouts are scheduled to be fought by fighters from different organizations.
Pairing for the Wushu Sanshou bouts are Jimboy Mayang vs Kevin Joaquin (100 lbs. under), Julius Dohinog vs Erjay Esmino (110 lbs. under), Arnel Baldicer vs Oliver Reynosos (120 lbs. under), Alan Guanzon vs Bernard Rojo (120 lbs. under), Rosendo Trayco III vs Romnick Malan (120 lbs. under), Joselito Bianan vs Magno Valencia (120 lbs. under), Jan Michael Nillos vs Randy de Asis (150 lbs. under), and Ariel Guanzon vs Rene Batolina.
Pairing for the Submission Grappling bouts are Ronald delariarte vs Bryle Chua (115 lbs. under), Lyle Perje vs Joseph Macasa (145 lbs. under), Vidal Londres vs Gerald retome (140 lbs. under), Michael Regalado vs Remo Delacerna (145 lbs. under), Alan Mario Facturan vs Tommy Ledesma (150 lbs. under), and Daryle Lausa vs G.M. Garcia (160 lbs. under).
Participating teams include host Tribu Hangaway, Affinity of Coach Chester Laquian, Bassdumas of Chief Instructor Ian B. Negrido, Black Falcon Martial Arts Association-Main of Chief Instructor Joery C. Amante, Deftac-Fight Club of Chief Instructor Edwin J. Tusil, and Submission Sports Philippines (SSP)-Bacolod Team among others.
The last two editions of Tribe W.A.R. were held on October 17, 2009, at the Gaisano Bacolod Supermall and on June 6, 2009 at the Negros Occidental Multi-Purpose Activity Center (NOMPAC), both in Bacolod City.
