The Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) registration of the Negros Occidental Baston Federation (NOBF) will be renewed by its current set of officers.
The move has been spearheaded by its Founder Col. Atty. Grandmaster Marcelo C. Jalandoon, Ph.D., after the very successful staging of the 1st GSMASDA-Arjuka-CMAS Arnis Expo held recently as the inaugural event of the federation under the presidency of P/Sgt. (Ret.) Grandmaster Estanislao “Eslao” T. Guarra of Bago City.

Cardinal of the KaliSilat Arnis Association (KAA)-Bacolod (Treasurer), Master James U. Sy Jr. of Conceptual Martial Arts Society (CMAS), Inc. (PIO),
Master Roy R. Flores Sr. of Tribu Hangaway Philippines (Auditor),
Grandmaster Isaac “Saac” T. Guarra of Arjuka-Malingin, Grandmaster Felix A. Guinabo of Guinabo Arnis and Combat Sports (GACS), Grandmaster Alejandro “Alex” Doza of Golden Kamagong, Master Joeffrey S. The federation is currently sourcing funds for the renewal.
