Nica Arroyo of Bacolod City College (BCC) was 1st runner up during the 2017 Lin-ay sg Bulak, Eroreco, Bacolod City last May 14, 2017 (Nica Arroyo photo). Nica Arroyo, an incoming senior BS Entrepreneurship coed at Bacolod City College (BCC), was crowned 2017 Miss Prima Figura on May 29, 2017 during the fiesta of Brgy. Tagbino, Canlaon City, Negros Oriental. Arroyo was also awarded Best in Summer Wear and Best in Grand Bikini. Normilyn Flora and Aisher Noble were 1st and 2nd runner up respectively. Flora was also awarded Best in Production Number and Best in Red Bikini. Georgia Cabrillos Lima and Yeng Ventura did the hair and make up for the candidates. The festivities was headed by Hon. Brgy. Capt. Luzmin Tangayan-Molo Arroyo is a prolific contestant in beauty contests, having been crowned 2017 Lin-ay sng Brgy 35, Bacolod (April 30, 2017), 2017 Lin-ay sang Brgy. Crossing, Magallon (Moises Padilla), and 2016 Ms. Palawod sa Pagsinadya, Brgy. Aguisan, Himamaylan City (May 25, 2016) among others. She also placed 1st runner up during the 2017 Lin-ay sg Bulak, Eroreco (May 14, 2017); 2nd runner up, 2017 Miss Yakult, and Best in Talent during the 2017 Dinagyawan Queen, Brgy. Villamonte, Bacolod (April 28, 2017); and 2nd runner up and Best in Casual Wear during the Bikers’ Babe Competition (May, 12, 2017).
