Real Estate Seminar Held @ Riverside College

The College of Entrepreneurship under Department Chair Leonora A. de la Cruz, MBA, successfully hosted Jennifer S. Sanchez, Branch Manager of St. Rafael Development Corporation (SRDC), for the seminar “Starting Your Own Company Through SRDC” on July 3, 2017 at the Roof Deck, Riverside College Inc., Dr. Pablo O. Torre St., Bacolod City. The seminar was part of the Entrepreneurship Month Celebration of the College of Entrepreneurship, which was formally opened by Elsa C. Streegan, Vice President for Academic Affairs (VPAA), in the morning of the same day, with entrepreneur Norberto De Ocampo, COO of St. Rafael Development Corporation (SRDC), as Guest of Honor and Guest Speaker. The theme for the Entrepreneurship Month Celebration is “Gearing up to meet the challenges of the future with confidence, integrity and faith in God” Sanchez spoke about the various opportunities in the real estate sector and how the students can apply the business concepts they have learned in school, such as STP (segmentation, targeting, positioning), within the industry. Also present during the seminar were Jade Linco, SRDC Staff, and Faculty Members Jenette Lopez, Overall Program Coordinator, and James U. Sy Jr.
