CASAP Table Skirting & Centerp iece Making Tilt Held by: James U. Sy Jr.

The winning entry for the Table Skirting and Centerpiece Making Competition, the 3rd Culminating Activity for DHRS 1A & 1B students for the subject Food and Beverage Services under the guidance of Christian Jay A. Pielago, at the College of Arts & Science of Asia & the Pacific (CASAP)-Bacolod Campus on November 18-25, 2016 at the College Department, G/F Milagros Bldg., Rosario-Gatuslao Sts., Bacolod City (Christian Jay A. The Table Skirting and Centerp iece Making Competition was successfully held by the teaching staff of the College of Arts & Science of Asia & the Pacific (CASAP)-Bacolod Campus as the 3rd Culminating Activity for DHRS 1A & 1B students for the subject Food and Beverage Services under the guidance of Christian Jay A. Pielago, the President of the CASAP-Bacolod Faculty Club , on November 18-25, 2016 at the College Department, G/F Milagros Bldg., Rosario-Gatusl ao Sts., Bacolod City. There were a total of four ent ries. Table skirting champion was the group led by Gilbert Serguino Jr. while the winner for the centerpiece making com petition was the team of Jovit o Paypon Jr., both from DHRS 1B. Faculty judges were Shane M. O ñate (Tourism), Rose Jean Espi lita (HRS), and Airah Franz Sycayco (HRS). The competition was organized by Pielago, who has been with the school for 2 1/2 years and has powered CASAP-Bacolod in several cooking competitions. CASAP-Bacolod Campus is under the leadership of School Direc tor Jun Montaño, MPA, and College Dean Maximo Torrento Jr.
