2nd Mayor Ortiz SalBen Arnis Cup Held

Hon. Mayor Jose Max “Joemax” S. Ortiz presented the 2nd Salvador Benedicto Arnis Tournament “Mayor Jose Max ‘Joemax’ S. Ortiz S. Ortiz Cup” last February 9, 2016 at the Covered Court, Salvador Benedicto as part of the 33rd Founding Anniversary of the town and its 26th Kali-Kalihan Harvest Festival. The tournament was organized by the Bacolod-based Sungkudan International (SI)/Guinabo Arnis and Combat Sports (GACS) of Grandmaster Felix A. Guinabo. Founder/Chief Instructor Diomedes N. Mamugay represented San Carlos City with the four school-based Arnis clubs he heads, namely San Carlos Jungle Fighter Martial Arts Club (SACA JUFIMAC), Centralian Fighters Fighter Martial Arts Club (CEFIMAC), Ritarians Martial Arts Club (RMAC), and Thomasians Arnis Club CST-R (TAC).
